Can I cancel my order?
    • You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. We cannot cancel order your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

    • Send an email with subject "Cancel + ORDER ID: 12345" to support@sleepvio.com  -- Please make sure you replace '12345' with your actual order id.


What items are returnable?

  • As a part of our Money Back Guarantee, we accept returns of our anti-snoring devices within 30 days of ordering. 
  • In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in original packaging.
  • Please note that orders in transit cannot be cancelled and a refund cannot be initiated until the item has been returned and inspected.
What items are non-refundable?
  • Free, Discounted or Promotional items
  • Note, we cannot offer our money back guarantee to items that have been discounted via a coupon code, and thus, do not accept returns of such purchases.
Are there any charges for return?
  • Returns of our Anti Snore device are subject to a $15 environmental waste disposal fee, per device.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.

How do I initiate a return?
  • Send an email with subject "Refund + ORDER ID: 12345" to support@sleepvio.com  -- Please make sure you replace '12345' with your actual order id.
  • You will get receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines within 2-5 business days

How soon will I get my refund?
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
